भानुलाई न्यूयोर्कमा सम्झिदै कबिताको मिठो स्वाद लिदै

न्यूयोर्क, July 20, 2008- १९५ औं भानु जयन्ती न्यू योर्क शहरमा बिबिध कबिता बाचनसहित सम्पन्न भएको छ। Alliance for Human Rights in Nepal USA and International Litarary Society New York Chapter ले सङ्युक्त रुपमा आयोजना गरेको उक्त कबिता प्रतियोगिता तथा उत्सबमा दुई दर्जनभन्दा बेशी कबिताहरु पाठ गरिएका थिए ।

बाल-बालिका तर्फ प्रथम- Vishranti Wagle, दिब्तिय- Pujyata Rajbhandari र तृतिय- Aishwarya Sharma भएका थिए भने खुल्ला प्रतियोगिता तर्फ प्रथम- Shukraraj Gimire, दिब्तिय- Nishesh Bhattarai र तृतिय- Sita Kharel भएका थिए ।

गत बर्ष झै यस पाली पनि ६ वटै पुरस्कारहरुको प्रायोजन Kirat Rai Society of America (KRSA) ले गरेको थियो। प्रतियोगिताका निर्णयकहरुमा Dr. Tara Niraula, Geeta Kharel, ... थिए ।

प्रतियोगि तर्फ कबिता बाचन गर्नेहारुमा: Madhav Bhandari, Sarada Chhetri, Sita Kharel, Binita Paudel, Rajendra Shrestha, Ram Abiram, Tirtharaj Wagle, Ramchandra Thapa, Bidhyabimal Baral, Nishesh Bhattarai, Shukraraj Ghimire, Himanshu, Monu Rai र Narbahadur Dahal थिए ।

अप्रतियोगि तर्फ कबिता बाचन गर्नेहारुमा: Gobinda Koirala, Geeta Khatri, Binod Roka, Parita Rajbhandari, Pratha Magar, Somnath Ghimire, Nagendra Ingnam 'Athraili', Jyoti Paudel, Mani Bandel, Nilam Karki 'Niharika' र Sahadev Paudel थिए ।

न्यूयोर्कका कार्यक्रममा गायिका यसोदा खालिङ राइलाई बिबिन्न कार्यक्रमहरुमा निरन्तर गायन र नृत्यबाट सेवा गरे बापत एक प्रशस्तिपत्र प्रदान गरिएको थियो।

उक्त प्रशस्तिपत्रमा भनिएको छ- "For outstanding contribution to the preservation and promotion of Nepali culture through performing arts."

कार्यक्रमा को अन्त्य मा अन्ताक्ष्यरी खेलाइएको थियो जसमा गणेश हिमाल समुह प्रथम भयो भने नुप्से हिमाल दोश्रो।

कार्यक्रमको निर्णयक मा गायिका सपना श्री र बिमल बुढाथोकी थिए भने सन्चालन राज कपुरले गरेका थिए।

मुख्य कार्यक्रमको सन्चालन सहदेब पौडेल, परिता राजभण्डारी र मणी बाङ्‍डेलले गरेका थिए।
