Exclusive: Yes, Happy Women's Day but no kidding, it's the bittersweet fact-finding global trend presented by world's leading IT consulting company Accenture's 'Getting to Equal 2017' report.

The report says Men earn an average 67% more or $140 for every $100 earned by women and women's pay will equal only by 2168 which is oddly 151 years from now. Accenture report has identified three equalizers which will help women bridge the gap -digital fluency, career strategy and tech immersion.

Inequality is rampant even in USA, the world's most advanced and wealthiest country. One example, only 97 years ago, women were allowed to vote in 1920 after the 19th Amendment of US Constitution which guaranteed the voting rights to women and yet to elect woman president.
