It is published by 501(c)3 not-for-profit American-Nepalese media organization US Nepal Media Center (USNMC). It is incorporated under the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States of America.

It brings news and views from Nepal and from the Nepalese Diaspora around the world. USNMC is committed to providing a wide array of international features relating to Nepalese politics, people, lives, culture and so on. Our dedicated editors, representatives, and contributors in New York, Nepal and from around the world work to bring Nepal and the Nepalese into the cyber-world as it happens.
