अर्थ मन्त्री डा. भट्टराईबाट सिक्ने कुरा, विश्वका नेताहरुमा ओबामा अघी

काठमाण्डौं, January 1, 2009- सूचना प्रविधिको सबैभन्दा उन्नतरुप मानिएको इमेल- इन्टरनेटबारे नेपालका अधिकांस नेताहरुलाई अहिलेपनि उतिसार्हो जानकारी छैन । तर लामो समय 'जंगली जीवन' बिताएर हालैमात्र सत्तामा पुगेका माओवादी नेता डा. बाबुराम भट्टराई यस्तो अपवाद भएका छन् जो इन्टरनेटको भरपुर प्रयोग मात्र गर्दै छैनन् उनले आफ्नो निजी वेभसाइटपनि खोलेका छन् ।

एक्काइसौं शताव्दीको नेता कस्तो हुनुपर्छ ? भन्ने विषयमा सबैका आ-आफ्ना धारणा होलान् । तर युवाहरुलाई सोध्ने हो भने उनीहरुको सिफारिस हुनेछ- 'एक्काइसौं शताव्दीको नेता विज्ञान- प्रविधि र सूचना- प्रविधिका बारे थोरबहुत जानकारी राख्ने हुनुपर्छ ।' त्यसो भए विज्ञान प्रविधिबारे जानकारी राख्ने नेपाली नेता कति होलान् ?

अर्थ मन्त्रीसँग ल्यापटप र ईन्टरनेट त हुने नै भो तर नेपालमा जम्मा प्रति १०० जना नेपाली मध्ये ०.९ ले मात्र ईन्टरनेटको सुबिधा प्राप्त गरेका छन् भन्दा चाँही गाँसमा परेको ढुङ्गा झै हुन्न र?

एग्रेगरियन क्यालेण्डरको नयाँ बर्ष- २००९ को पहिलो दिन विहीबारदेखि माओवादी नेता डा. भट्टराईको नयाँ वेभ साइट www.baburambhattarai.com सन्‍चालनमा आएको छ । उनको वेभसाइटमा व्यक्तिगत, अफिसियल, पुस्तक, लेखरचना, राजनीतिक जीवन, अरुको आँखामा, फोटो ग्यालरीलगायतका विषय राखिएका छन् ।

जानकारी अनुसार यो वेभसाइटमा भट्टराईसँग सम्बन्धित सबैजसो सामाग्रीहरु राखिनेछन् । यसैगरी अर्थमन्त्रीमा नियुक्त भएपछिका सबैजसो भाषणहरुपनि वेभसाइटमा राखिने योजना बनाइएको छ । डा. भट्टराईले आफ्नो 'फेसबुक' Facebook.Com परसनल पेज मार्फत पनि आफ्ना योजना र धारणाहरु इमेल सम्पर्क भएकाहरुसँग राख्दै आएका छन् ।

हाल सन्‍चालनमा ल्याइएको नयाँ वेभसाइटमा भट्टराईबारे जानकारीमात्र प्राप्त हुने छैन उनलाई वेभसाईटमै पत्र लेख्न मिल्नेपनि बनाइएको छ । विज्ञान र प्रविधिको युग भनेर चिनिएको एक्काइसौं शताव्दीमा इन्टरनेटको महत्व बुझेर डा. भट्टराईले गरेको यो कामको सर्हाना भने गर्नै पर्छ ।

केही महिना अघी फेस बुकमा प्रोफाइल खोलेका डा. भट्टराईका १९९ फेस बुक सपोर्टर्स्‌ छन्। Facebook.Com मा Browse more Politicians लिङ्कमा गएर संसारका अन्य राजा नेताहरुको फेस बुक प्रोफाइलको लेखाजोखा गर्दा चाँही हाम्रा अर्थ मन्त्री भर्खर अनलाइनमा बामे सर्दै गरेको देख्न सकिन्छ।

भर्खरै अमेरिकाको राष्ट्रपती निर्वाचन जितेका बाराक ओबामाका फेस बुक सपोर्टर्स्‌ ३६ लाख २ हजार १७८ छन्‌ भने अमेरिकि राष्ट्रपती जर्ज डब्ल्यु बुसका सपोर्टर्स्‌ जम्मा ४ हजार ५२९ छन्‌। बाराक ओबामासँग चुनाव हारेकी र अहिले ओबामा सरकारमा राज्य प्रमुख (Secretary of State) बनाइएकी हिलारी क्लिन्टनका सपोर्टर्स्‌हरु १ लाख ७९ हजार ९७७ छन्। उता चिनका प्रधान मन्त्री वेन जिया बाओका सपोर्टर्स्‌ चाँही ७७ हजार ६४८ छन्‌।

त्यसै गरी अफ्रिकी नेता नेल्सन मन्डेलाका ७१ हजार ०१३ सपोर्टर्स्‌ छन भने बर्मा कि प्रजातन्त्रबादी नेत्री आङसँग सुकीका सपोर्टर्स्‌ १७ हजार २६० छन्‌। न्यू योर्कका पूर्व मेयर रुडी जुलियानीका १६ हजार ०१६ सपोर्टर्स्‌ छन्‌ भने रुसका पूर्व राष्ट्रपती तथा बर्तमान प्रधानमन्त्री भ्लादिमिर पुटिनका १५ हजार ३८० फेस बुक सपोर्टर्स्‌ छन्‌।

KATHMANDU, Dec 30: Finance Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai is all set to launch his personal website on the first day of 2009, January 1. Minister Dr Bhattarai’s aide Bishwadeep Pandey told myrepublica.com that contents of the website -- www.baburambhattarai.com – are ready.

Earlier this month, Pandey had said the site would have been launched “within two weeks”. But they chose to wait until the New Year to find an occasion to launch probably the first website of any Nepali politician.

One other politician, Minister for Science and Technology, Ganesh Shah, too has maintained his blog – gshah.wordpress.com.
