नेपालकि प्रियङ्का थापाले यसरी आफ्नो देशको प्रतिनिधित्व गरिन्

न्यू योर्क- न्यू योर्क शहरमा बिगत ३ बर्षदेखी आयोजना गरिदै आएको न्यू योर्क डान्स परेड New York Dance Parade मा यसपाली नेपालको प्रतिनिधित्व न्रित्याङ्गना प्रियङ्का थापाले गर्ने अबसर पाएकिछिन्। नेपाली कलाकारले भाग लिएको र यो अबसर पाएको पहिलो चोटि हो। कार्यकमको मुख्य मन्चमा विश्व भरका चुनिएका २० वटा न्रित्य र १ वटा गीत प्रस्तुत गरिएका थिए। नेपालकि न्यू योर्क कुइन्स निवासी नब प्रतिभा न्रित्याङ्गना प्रियाङ्का थापा ति चुनिएका २१ मध्येकि एक थिइन्।

प्रियङ्काले फार्मेसी बिषय लिएर पढ्ने तरखरमाछिन्। यिनकी आमा नर्बदा छेत्री हुन् जो न्यू योर्कस्थित मानव अधिकारवादी सस्था "अधिकार" कि कम्युनिटी अर्गनाइजर हुन्। प्रियाङ्का चाँही अधिकारको युथ ग्रुप र लाङ्घाली एसोसिएसन युएसए कि सदस्य हुन्।
