२२ बूँदे संघीय लॊकतान्त्रिक राष्ट्रिय मन्‍चका मागहरु के के हुन्‌?

Kathmandu, November 23, 2008- The second national conference of Federal Democratic National Forum [FDNF] conducted on 21 and 22 of Nov. in Kathmandu. The members and representatives of the autonomous units of FDNF: Federal Limbuwan State Council, Tamangsaling Autonomus State Council, Tharuhat Autonomous State Council and Khambuwan Autonomous State Council participated in the conference.

The representatives of the sister organizations of FDNF: Federal Students' Union, Federal Youth Forum, Federal Woman Forum and Federal Volunteers had also taken part in the conference.

FDNF has determined its action plan for further movements. It demands the autonomous states in the base of historical background of ethnicity, language and regions with the right to self determination in Federal Democratic Republic Nepal through new constitution by constituent assembly [CA].

The conference has declared its 22 points decisions for its implementation. It has strongly demanded to fulfil the agreement done between Nepal Govt. and FDNF before the election of CA.

FDNF will not be backward to do armed struggle too, if the govt and the CA do not fulfill its demand as decided and declared by the conference.

FDNF made its decisions public by organising a press conference at Reporters' Club on 23rd of November.
